What is the statutory status in Hadera Complex 13?
Complex 13 in Hadera was created with the approval of Hadera’s overall outline plan – Had/2020 which was approved in 2014.
According to the outline plan, complex 13 is marked as a complex with an area of 326 dunams intended for the construction of 1200 housing units and another 2100 square meters of neighborhood commerce and 1600 square meters of city-wide commerce.
According to the plan of the complexes, complex 13 is marked as intended for the preparation of a detailed plan together with complex 14 adjacent to it to the west.
In accordance with the appendix of development and implementation stages of the Had/2020 plan, Complex 13 is marked in stage 2 for implementation between 2020-2025.
