The complex was created within the framework of plan 353-0581801 which is the overall outline plan of Binyamina that is being prepared. On 09/23/2022, the deposit plan was published in the press and is currently in the objection stages. In this context, it should be noted that among the opponents of the plan is the Baron settlements local committee (in whose area the plan is located) and the local council who oppose the densities proposed by the plan.
