Complex H/500 - Holon

On January 10, 2018, Plan H/500 was approved, covering an area of 4,080 dunams. The plan stipulates the construction of 13,700 housing units (including 2,000 small housing units up to 80 sqm), including an area for 800 housing units for the removal of nuisances and the relocation of squatters and holders within the compound.

Additionally, commercial and employment areas are planned within the compound, with a total area of 800,000 square meters.

At the center of the compound, a sand dune park is planned, covering an area of 400 dunams, constituting part of approximately 1,000 dunams designated in the plan for open public space as part of Plan H/500.

In accordance with the provisions of Plan H/500 for the purpose of converting the land for construction, it is necessary to approve a subdivision plan for sub-complexes, which will be attached to the detailed plan approval for the first sub-complex in Compound H/500 in Holon.

What are the updates on the statutory status in Complex H/500, Holon?

On April 30, 2024, Plan 505-1193937 was approved for Compound H/500, which deals with establishing regulations regarding the area included in this plan and constitutes part of the metro plan passing through the compound (National Infrastructure Plan 101/A). According to the plan’s provisions, it is determined that plots included in Compound H/500 along the metro’s route may be entitled to full rights under the future consolidation and division plan for Compound H/500. Alternatively, those who request compensation for expropriation instead will be able to do so.
