What is the statutory status in Kidmat Bialik?

The complex of Kidmat Bialik is marked in accordance with the district master plan (TMM 6) as a land designated for urban development. The complex got its name from the K/428 plan, the preparation of which began in 2005, but has not been promoted since then. As stated on the website of the Kiryat Bialik Economic Company, the Kedmat Bialik plan is planned to include 5,000 units in an area of ​​1,336 dunams. In 2017, a draft of the overall outline plan of Kiryat Bialik was published, which in 02/2017 it was decided that the plan would be transferred to internal discussions of the district committee and since then the plan has not been promoted.

In accordance with the instructions of the comprehensive outline plan for Kiryat Bialik, the Kedmat Bialik complex is planned to include 4,900 housing units and 70,000 square meters for commerce, while on the northern side of the complex it is planned to build a mixed urban center that will include a mix of residential and commercial uses. It will be noted that in light of Amendment 4 to TMA 35 it is likely that the densities in the complex will increase and in our estimation it is a density of 7 units per gross dunam.
