Tamal 3006 - Herzliya

On December 5, 2019, a roundtable discussion was held at the committee regarding the promotion of Plan TML 3006. According to the discussion at the roundtable, the area of the plan falls within the jurisdictions of Kfar Shmaryahu (1,210 dunams), Herzliya (878 dunams), and Ra’anana (110 dunams). The plan includes 10,000 housing units, about 1,000 units for Retirement housing, and approximately 430,000 square meters for employment and commerce.

It is noted that during the discussion, Herzliya opposed the proposed plan and its extensive scope. At the end of the discussion, it was decided to continue working on the plan, make adjustments, and set a work schedule.

After a long waiting period, on 25/02/2025, updated plan documents were published on the Planning Administration’s website for a pre-ruling meeting as part of a roundtable discussion at VATMAL on 02/03/2025.
