The Western neighborhood complex in Ra’anana (Re/2020) is defined according to the regional outline plan for the Central District as land for urban development and a designation with the potential for thawing. On 03/30/2016, the comprehensive outline plan for the city of Ra’anana-Ra/3000 was approved, from which it appears that the complex in question is marked as complex 4a for the purpose of establishing a residential neighborhood, while adjacent to the south and east, a part of complex 7 (which later became an integral part of the complex) is included, which is intended for an employment complex.

What statutory changes have occurred since the approval of re/2020 comprehensive plan?

On 09/2017, plan Ra/Mak/2020 (also called plan 416-0452573) was published for deposit. It should be emphasized that when the deposit was submitted, the plan only applied to the residential area of the complex (Area 4a), while for the employment area they started promoting a separate plan – Ra/Mak /2021.

In the month of 07/2018, the subcommittee for objections published its conclusions where it was decided, among other things, to consolidate the Raa/Mak/2020 plan and the Raa/Mak/2021 plan into one plan.
