The 'Bialik on the Park' plan was approved in 2016* and designates the complex for the construction of high-rise buildings totaling 4,740 housing units. Recently, the District Committee authorized the Kiryat Bialik Local Committee to prepare a new and updated plan for the site with higher construction densities. Accordingly, the complex holds significant potential for increased building rights in accordance with Amendment 4 of TAMA 35 (National Outline Plan 35).
The plot will suffice for at least one housing unit, and it is likely to suffice for two housing units in an optimistic scenario.
Expected timeframe for rezoning/development approval: 7-8 years.
